Hello from your PTO President Betsy Pretorius. I want to personally thank those who participated in the recent fundraiser. The fundraising items are expected to arrive on October 27th. You can pick up your items on the 28^th and 29^th from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. I also want to let you know of a few other ways to help JBM raise money year-round.

1) Food Lion’s Shop and Share Program – all you have to do is visit http://www.foodlion.com and link your MVP card to JBM.

2) We can also earn money with purchases at Target by using the Target Redcard or Target Visa. Visit www.target.com/tcoe and use the school ID# 39594 to register.

3) Finally, don’t forget about those BOXTOPS! If you have some gathered just send them in. Our first submission needs to be in by October 31^st, so start clipping!

PTO Meeting Minutes

u Monthly Meetings are held the 2^nd Monday of every month @ 5:00 pm in the Library.

u Our PTO sponsors book fairs, field trips, assemblies, and family fun nights. Please come out and support our PTO by volunteering your help.

October 30 – Fundraiser Social, 5^th Grade 12:30 to 1:45 6^th Grade 2:00 to 3:15

October 30 ~ Students Dress up in their favorite costumes ~ prizes will be awarded!!

October 30 ~ Fall Festival 6 - 8pm

November 6 ~ Bank At School Assembly

November 9 ~ PTO Meeting 5pm - Library

November 10 ~ End of 1st Marking Period

November 11 ~ No School - Veteran's Day
